Sometimes this problem comes when you have rooted your phone and upgraded the Android version.

Solution2:
Delete the current version of play store services and reinstall the newer version
To do this
Go to Settings >> Select Security >> Device administrators >> Deactivate Android Device Manager
- Uninstall Google Play services update
- Go to Settings >> Application Manager >> All >> Google Play services >> Select Uninstall Updates
- If you use an app that requires the latest Google Play services, you’ll get an update prompt and the update may immediately be reinstalled.
- Now again go to Settings >> Select Security >> Device administrators >> ACTIVATE Android Device Manager.
- Reboot your device.
Solution3:
Revert the Google Play Services app to default version and the update
To do this go to
- Setting -> Apps -> All -> Google Play Services -> Disable -> Revert to Factory.
